Outbuilding - Chigwell, Essex
We designed and constructed a 50 sqm outbuilding to the rear of our client’s property, which included a bespoke kitchen, a mechanical skylight, an indoor BBQ, a comprehensive HVAC system, and underfloor heating. Additionally, the project encompassed the installation of an irrigation system beneath the garden and the construction of a 250 sqm patio.
Restaurant - Clapham
We collaborated with a Michelin-starred restaurant to design and equip their new Private Dining Room (PDR) space, in addition to supplying and installing new furniture throughout. Our works included crafting a custom-made solid oak wine cellar complete with a new door and ironmongery, fabricating a new solid oak table, and renovating their existing tables. We engineered new solid metal legs with connectors to allow for larger groups and produced a portable chef’s table for tableside preparation. Finally, we repainted the ground and first floor spaces as per the client’s specifications.
Offices - Kentish Town
This office renovation project encompassed extensive refurbishment to the entire floor, addressing elements such as finishes, lighting, the incorporation of glass paneling around the main meeting room, and the sourcing and installation of new furniture. These works provided a fresh new look to the space, tailored to the needs of the staff.
Delivery Kitchen - Camden
This project involved connecting two single kitchen units into one for a large American fast-food brand. We installed a new wall to create a separate prep area and cook-line. Electrical, gas and plumbing modifications were also made to accommodate high-intensity equipment usage, as well as the sourcing and installation of bespoke sinks. Our client was now able to safely operate their business at high volumes in a relatively small space.
Hotel - Euston Square
We collaborated closely with our client to realise their vision for their new restaurant situated in a Hotel near London Euston. Our involvement encompassed the design and construction of the entire space, from crafting joinery to selecting finishes, procuring furniture, and managing the installation process. Additionally, we handled all the necessary services for both the customer-facing and back-of-house areas.
Online Grocery Warehouse - Canning Town
Our client required new flooring for their large, recently purchased, distribution centre. This included grinding out the existing flooring to level and applying the SF41 system with new joints throughout. The results came out perfect and provided a food safe foundation for their stock.

We worked with an independent restaurant to design and build their commercial site in London by converting an empty unit into a warm, relaxed and Mexican-inspired atmosphere. We installed their flooring, electrical works and sourced their fixtures & fittings including flooring. We also designed a kitchen space which has allowed them to thrive on their deliveries without compromising their dine-in service.
Restaurant - Hammersmith
We provided end to end construction support to an established Korean restaurant in the development of their new flagship location in Hammersmith. Our comprehensive turnkey solution included overseeing the complete strip-out of the existing premises, as well as the supply and installation of all critical building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and gas. Managed and executed by our in-house team, the project was successfully delivered on time and within budget, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Retail Shop - Soho
We collaborated with a London-based streetwear brand to establish their flagship store in a prime central location. Our scope of work encompassed all trades, including the complete in-house fabrication of custom joinery. Throughout the project, we maintained a strict focus on meeting the client’s tight timeline, ensuring that all milestones were achieved in accordance with the set schedule, thereby facilitating a smooth and timely launch.
